Definitive job description should be reviewed and discussed between you and your manager.\nSoftware Engineer\nJob Overview: We are seeking a talented Full Stack / Back End Software Engineer to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will have a strong software engineering background with experience in back-end and full-stack technologies.\nThe engineer will design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable web or mobile applications, microservices, and APIs. The role requires close collaboration with product, customer experience, business, and engineering teams to deliver secure, reliable, and high-performing software solutions.\nJava Proficiency: Strong understanding of Java 17 or later, including Streams, lambda expressions, and Optional. Familiarity with object-oriented programming principles, SOLID principles, and design patterns.\nFramework: Experience with the Spring Framework, particularly Spring Boot and Spring Batch, for building microservices and batch-processing applications. Knowledge of Spring Cloud for distributed systems.\nMicroservices and Event-Driven Architecture: Experience developing microservices and using messaging or event-streaming platforms such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or ActiveMQ. Understanding of event-driven architecture, asynchronous processing, error handling, retry, and idempotency patterns.\nRESTful API Development: Proficient in designing, implementing, documenting, and testing RESTful APIs. Familiarity with Swagger or OpenAPI and API security using OAuth 2.0, JWT, and OpenID Connect.\nDatabase: Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB.
