Your ability to collaborate, innovate, and adapt to changing requirements will be key to your success.\nWhat you do\nWe are seeking a skilled and experienced Implementation Specialist with a strong background in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) or Fraud Management solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience implementing and configuring eGRC tools such as IBM OpenPages or implementing and configuring Fraud Monitoring tools such as SAS Fraud Management, or SAS Fraud Decision in a complex enterprise banking environment.\nKey Responsibilities:\nEnd-to-end implementation of eGRC or Fraud Monitoring solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and compliance standards.\n\nCollaborate with business stakeholders, risk management, compliance, and IT teams to gather and analyze requirements.\n\nDesign, configure, and customize the solution to meet organizational needs, including workflow design, rule creation, and reporting.\n\nConduct and automate system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and support defect resolution.\n\nProvide training and knowledge transfer sessions to business users and support teams.\n\nDevelop and maintain detailed documentation including implementation plans, configuration guides, and user manuals.\n\nSupport post-implementation activities including troubleshooting, enhancements, and upgrades.\n\nStay updated with the latest trends and best practices in GRC or fraud management domains.\n\nEnsure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies through effective solution implementation.\n\nRequired Skills & Qualifications:\nMinimum 5 years of hands-on experience in implementing eGRC solutions (e.g., IBM OpenPages) or Fraud Management solutions (e.g., SAS Fraud Management, Transaction Fraud Monitoring).\n\nStrong understanding of Governance, Risk, and Compliance frameworks and processes.\n\nExperience with configuring and customizing GRC including workflow, risk assessment, control testing, and reporting modules.\n\nKnowledge of fraud detection techniques, transaction monitoring, and risk analytics.\n\nProficiency in requirement gathering, solution design, and implementation lifecycle management.\n\nExperience working with cross-functional teams including business, IT, and audit.\n\nStrong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.\n\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.\n\nAbility to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\n\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, Risk Management, or related field.\n\nRelevant certifications in GRC or fraud management tools will be an added advantage.\n\nPreferred:\nExperience with scripting or programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python, SAS, Java(Micro Service) ) to support solution customization and data analysis.\n\nPrior experience in financial services, banking, or insurance domains.\n\nWhat we offer:\nCompetitive base salary.
