You'll work closely with our technology teams to design, implement, and maintain our infrastructure, ensuring it's aligned with our business goals and objectives. You'll need to be proactive, collaborative, and always looking for ways to improve our systems and processes.\nHow you succeed\nWe are seeking an experienced Test Manager to lead testing delivery across Trading, Wealth Management, Treasury, and Digital Banking platforms. The role requires strong expertise in functional testing, Agile delivery, test automation, stakeholder management, and banking domain knowledge.\nWhat you do\nLead end-to-end testing across Trading & Wealth platforms, including SIT, UAT, Regression, and Integration Testing.\nDefine test strategy, scope, test plans, resource plans, and quality standards for project delivery.\nCollaborate with Project Managers, Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, and vendors to ensure successful delivery.\nDrive Agile testing practices by participating in sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.\nReview and approve test scenarios, test cases, RTM, test reports, and test closure deliverables.\nManage test execution, defect triage, risk identification, and release readiness.\nDrive adoption of test automation and continuous testing practices to improve quality and efficiency.\nProvide testing estimates, resource planning, and cost assessments for new initiatives.\nReport testing progress, quality metrics, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management.\nWho you are\n10+ years of testing experience in Banking and Financial Services, with at least 5 years in Test Management.\nStrong domain expertise in Wealth Management, Trading, Treasury, Securities, and Order Management lifecycle.\nHands-on experience managing SIT, UAT, Regression, Integration, and End-to-End Testing.\nExperience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments and leading testing across multiple concurrent initiatives.\nStrong knowledge of test automation frameworks and tools such as Playwright, Postman, Rest Assured, or equivalent.\nExperience with JIRA, Confluence, and test management tools.\nKnowledge of T24, TAP, OMS platforms, and trading systems is highly desirable.\nFamiliarity with Bloomberg, FINIQ, MarginMan, and digital banking channels is an advantage.\nExcellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.\nISTQB Test Manager, Agile, or relevant testing certifications are preferred.\nPreferred Domain Knowledge\nSecurities: Equities, Fixed Income, Funds, IPOs, Private Markets.\nTreasury Products: FX, Loans, Deposits, IRS, CCS.\nDerivatives: Options, Structured Notes, Accumulators, Decumulators.\nTrade Lifecycle, Credit Risk Management, Client Reporting, Regulatory Reporting, and Core Banking systems.\nIdeal Candidate: A hands-on Test Manager with strong Trading & Wealth domain expertise, proven Agile delivery experience, and a track record of driving functional testing excellence and test automation transformation within large-scale banking environments.\nWho we are\nAs Singapore's longest established bank, we have been dedicated to enabling individuals and businesses to achieve their aspirations since 1932.
