What you will be doing
1. Customer onboarding and account management
Conduct customer due diligence review on WBG‘s customers for onboarding and trigger event review.
Review documentation received from front line to ensure documentation correctness and completeness.
Identify and verify KYC documents and customer statistics data
Communicate and coordinate with front line staff to obtain missing or additional document/information for CDD review
Enhance/ contribute to enhancing process and internal control to strengthen 1st line of defence
Assist to prepare onboarding or CDD related training
Contribute to the teams BAU productivity at the highest standards
Comply with relevant Bank’s internal policy and procedure
2. Project Management
Participate necessary project / system enhancement in relation to CDD/KYC
Identify and lead necessary improvement in risk control
What we are looking for
Bachelor’s degree/ Diploma in business related discipline
Minimum 3 years of relevant banking experience
CDD/KYC related certifications preferred
Proficient in MS Office applications
Professional presentation and report writing skills
Familiar with banking and regulatory requirements (e.g. Code of Banking Practice)
Independent, with strong compliance sense
Good analytical and communication skills
