Customer onboarding and account management\nConduct customer due diligence review on WBG‘s customers for onboarding and trigger event review.\n\nReview documentation received from front line to ensure documentation correctness and completeness.\n\nIdentify and verify KYC documents and customer statistics data\n\nCommunicate and coordinate with front line staff to obtain missing or additional document/information for CDD review\n\nEnhance/ contribute to enhancing process and internal control to strengthen 1st line of defence\n\nAssist to prepare onboarding or CDD related training\n\nContribute to the teams BAU productivity at the highest standards\n\nComply with relevant Bank’s internal policy and procedure\n\n2. Project Management\nParticipate necessary project / system enhancement in relation to CDD/KYC\n\nIdentify and lead necessary improvement in risk control\n\nWhat we are looking for\nBachelor’s degree/ Diploma in business related discipline\n\nMinimum 3 years of relevant banking experience\n\nCDD/KYC related certifications preferred\n\nProficient in MS Office applications\n\nProfessional presentation and report writing skills\n\nFamiliar with banking and regulatory requirements (e.g. Code of Banking Practice)\n\nIndependent, with strong compliance sense\n\nGood analytical and communication skills\n\nWhat we offer:\nCompetitive base salary.
