How You Succeed
You’ll succeed by being curious, collaborative, and committed to learning. You’ll work closely with experienced data scientists and business stakeholders to:
Explore data and uncover insights that drive action
Apply modern machine learning techniques to solve business challenges
Communicate findings clearly and effectively
Stay current with emerging trends in AI and data science
What You’ll Do
Design and deploy AI-driven solutions for genAI copilots, recommendations, RAG and etc
Build and scale predictive and generative models using modern ML
Explore and apply Agentic AI concepts to automate decision-making and enhance customer engagement
Work with large-scale structured and unstructured data across multiple domains
Develop compelling data stories through advanced visualisation and storytelling techniques
Partner with cross-functional teams to co-create innovative solutions using the latest in cloud, ML Ops, and real-time data platforms
Who You Are
A degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related quantitative field
2-5 years of hands-on experience in data science
Proficient in Python and modern ML libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn); familiarity with SQL
Experience with deep learning, NLP, or reinforcement learning, and exposure to big data technologies such as Hadoop or Apache Spark
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
A curious mindset with a passion for continuous learning and experimentation
