He/she will assist in managing branch sales & operation staff performance and fostering a positive work environment. He/she also requires effective communication and collaboration with various departments to achieve branch goals and enhance operational efficiency.\nWhat you will be doing:\nCo-ordinate with Branch Manager to collaborate branch sales and operation teams\nOversee in-branch counter operation efficiency, operation control and quality, ensure overall branch premises is in good order for daily operations \nEnsure full compliance to laid down branch operation procedure and process\nManage branch audit review and in-branch control checking\nResolve branch counter related compliant & provide in-branch operation briefing\nGuide and coach branch operation staff on need-based sales referrals\nOversee sales operations to ensure full compliance and mitigate risks\nMonitor and enforce compliance with regulatory requirements and internal operational procedures related to wealth management sales.\nCollaborate with Risk Stewards to address findings and reinforcement\nWho are we looking for:\nMinimum 7 years’ relevant branch operation experience\nDiploma or above\nSolid people management skill\nGood communication and interpersonal skills\nStrong self-motivation and able to work under pressure\nProficiency in both written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua\nPass in HKSI and IIQE Licensing Examinations\n#LI-SL1\nWhat we offer:\nCompetitive base salary.
