Or simply enjoy a vibrant, future-ready career.\nYour Opportunity Starts Here.\nWhat you do\nResponsible for the acquisition of New-To-Bank and New-To-Premier customers for International Wealth Premier Banking and Premier Private Client for offshore segment\n\nCross-sell the OCBC Premier Banking and Premier Private Client value proposition to the target client segment\n\nBuild and independently maintain effective customer acquisition sources\n\nIdentify acquisition opportunities and collaborate with the Bank’s internal stakeholders and external partners to drive quality acquisitions\n\nDevelop and foster strategic tie ups with potential referral partners.\n\nActively engage partners to generate a consistent pipeline of prospects\n\nAbility to convert leads into sales\n\nDrive funding and wealth sales conversion\n\nPerform customer onboarding via face-to-face meetings or digital onboarding\n\nMeet the compliance and control standards set in the end-to-end onboarding process\n\nConduct all required KYC, AML procedures and documentations.\n\nDeliver best in class customer service to all internal and external customers\n\nWho you are\nMinimum 1-2 year of related working experience\n\nDiploma or Degree holder with banking or sales experience preferred\n\nMarket experience in offshore segment preferred\n\nConfident individual with good networking skills and matured personality to handle affluent market segment\n\nGood relationship building skills and with an entrepreneur mindset\n\nHighly driven and positively motivated to over-achieve assigned targets\n\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills\n\nAble to travel for work, if required\n\nWhat we offer:\nCompetitive base salary.
