You use analytics and AI capabilities responsibly to improve productivity and deliver measurable business outcomes.\nWhat You Do\nStakeholder Management\nPartner with key stakeholders to understand objectives, define requirements, and develop AI & data-driven solutions.\n\nAct as the bridge between business stakeholders, technology teams, and data scientists to translate business challenges into implementable AI, digital, and data solutions.\n\nPromote awareness and understanding of emerging technologies, including AI, GenAI, Agentic AI, automation, and advanced analytics across Group Risk Management.\n\nInfluence business decisions through evidence-based recommendations and clear communication of insights.\n\nAI, Digital & Data (ADD)\nPromote a data-driven, AI-enabled and innovation-led culture across Group Risk Management.\n\nBuild solutions to meet business requirements using traditional AI, machine learning, GenAI, Agentic AI, automation, and analytics capabilities.\n\nDevelop, deploy, and monitor AI and analytics solutions that support business and risk management priorities.\n\nMaintain and enhance existing AI and analytics solutions deployed by the transformation team\n\nProvide oversight of AI- and data-related work items across Risk Management departments.\n\nGuide Risk Management departments on best practices for model selection, GenAI workload cost estimation, and benefit realisation.\n\nCollaboration & Governance\nWork closely with Data Engineering and Data Science teams to support analytics use cases and business initiatives.\n\nAdhere to data governance, privacy, regulatory, and responsible AI requirements.\n\nContribute to documentation, reusable assets, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement of analytics practices.\n\nWho You Are\nExperience & Qualifications\nDegree in Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Economics, or a related field.\n\nMinimum 5 years of experience in AI, data analytics, business intelligence, or a related discipline.\n\nAbility to plan and manage the end-to-end execution of complex deliverables and associated timelines.\n\nExperience in banking, financial services, or a regulated industry is advantageous.\n\nTechnical Skills\nExperience with Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and AI application development.\n\nKnowledge of Agentic AI Platforms & Frameworks is advantageous.\n\nExperience with DevOps and delivery tools such as Confluent, Bitbucket, Jenkins, and JIRA.\n\nExperience with Power BI or equivalent visualisation tools.\n\nExperience using Python or a similar analytical programming language.\n\nProficiency in Excel.\n\nSQL and data analysis capabilities.\n\nExperience with AWS services such as Amazon SageMaker, Amazon Bedrock, Amazon QuickSight, Athena, and Redshift, or experience with Microsoft Copilot, is advantageous.\n\nExperience with automation tools, such as Microsoft Power Automate, is advantageous.\n\nFamiliarity with financial risk or non-financial risk concepts is advantageous.\n\nPersonal Attributes\nPassionate about AI, data, and digital innovation.\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\n\nExcellent communication and storytelling abilities.\n\nStrong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.\n\nCurious, self-motivated, and outcome oriented.\n\nCommitment to responsible use of data and AI.\n\nWhat we offer:\nCompetitive base salary.
