You'll need to build strong relationships with our wealth management teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution of our services. Your attention to detail and analytical skills will be essential in identifying and resolving operational issues.\nWhat you do\nPre-processing check for payments\nEnsure all relevant approval is obtained and instruction provided by Business adheres to client’s signing mandate and procedure\n\nEscalate any deviation to procedure\n\nCoverage includes: Payments, Internal Transfer, Cheque Issuance, Cash Withdrawal, Standby Letter of Credit/Banker’s Guarantee, Deposit placement, rollover and withdrawals\n\nCallback on Asset Transfer and Static updates\nEnsure callback is conducted in accordance with procedures and policies\n\nRetrieve and verify callback that has been performed by Business prior to processing by the respective operations team\n\nHandle BAU type of queries/issues ensuring that the case is resolved or properly escalated in a timely manner.\n\nControl\nPerform End of Day control checks and ensure BAU task are completed\n\nAct as a control unit and be able to identify risk issues while interacting with Front office\n\nEnsure that exception processing is completed exactly according to the conditions set in the approval\n\nPerform an end of day review to ensure tasks are completed by signing off on the end of day checklist\n\nQuery Management\nEnsure all queries from Business is resolved within expected timeframe or escalated to the correct parties\n\nChange Management\nIdentify control gaps and work with team to review process efficiency and deliver improvements\n\nParticipate in projects as and when required\n\nWho you are\nAt least 3 years of experience in Private Bank Operations especially in the area of Remittances, Callback or Client Service role\n\nTertiary education with a good academic track record\n\nGood knowledge of Microsoft Office\n\nFluency in English is essential\n\nKnowledge of foreign language is a plus\n\nClear written & verbal communication skills with all levels of staff\n\nClient-oriented mindset\n\nMeticulous and good team player\n\nAbility to work independently & drive initiatives forward until delivery\n\nAbility to work effectively with both Front Office and Support staff, at all levels\n\nAbility to work & deliver under time pressure\n\nProactive in identifying any process gaps, providing or suggesting solutions to improve productivity\n\nAbility to perform ad-hoc system testing\n\nWhat we offer:\nCompetitive base salary.
