Oversee lending and deposit gathering, generate branch profitability through new business development, and expand revenues from existing clients via account additions and cross-sell of bank services. \nSell & build relationships. Proactively profile clients to identify needs and position appropriate bank products, establishing productive deposit and lending relationships. \nOwn portfolio health. Maintain a service loan portfolio; minimize loan/non-loan/miscellaneous losses; and manage controllable expenses. \nCredit decisioning. Interview loan applicants, render credit decisions within authority, and ensure complete, accurate documentation. \nAccount onboarding. Interview new-account prospects to gather required information and open personal/business accounts with proper documentation. \nKYC / BSA/AML. Complete KYC forms in X-Pert AML applications and comply with all CIP and BSA/AML requirements. \nPayments oversight. Approve/decline checks for overdraft and uncollected funds within designated limits; review and approve branch and portfolio O/D and Uncollected positions. \nCash & wires control. Review cash transactions; review/approve all outgoing wire transfers in conjunction with the Operations Officer, following Bank policy. \nCustomer experience. Monitor customer comments, respond appropriately, correct deficiencies, and capitalize on opportunities. \nLead the team. Align staff priorities/objectives with Bank goals, communicate effectively, and coach officers/employees’ professional development. \nCoordinate delivery of quality customer service, counsel employees on service performance, and promote a participative, high-engagement environment. \nResearch and resolve issues arising from branch operations; actively manage your own portfolio customers. \nLead by example; train, motivate, and supervise staff to achieve individual and branch goals. \nConduct follow-up on audit findings; resolve customer complaints; prepare monthly branch reports for the Regional Manager. \nEnsure compliance with applicable federal and state law and regulations at all times. \nQualifications\nEducation/Experience:\nRequirements\nAn associate’s degree in a related field of study such as Accounting or Finance. \n7+ years of banking experience in products sales and lending, specifically related to attracting and servicing customers.\nWith an established portfolio of banking relationships.\nSupervisory experience. \nMust be able to travel and visit prospective new clients within a designated area to increase depository and loan production/sales goals. \nCombination of education and experience will be considered. \n\nSkills & Competencies\nMust be knowledgeable of internal bank operations (wire transfers, debits/credits and loan payments) and bank products to cross sell. \nMust possess excellent organizational, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.\nOriented towards providing excellent customer service. \nMust have leadership abilities to lead projects;
