In this role, you will lead and support field technicians, coordinate construction activities, and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. Working closely with Project Managers, you will oversee field operations, conduct site visits, support project planning and estimating, and maintain compliance with industry regulations and safety standards. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities, industry experience, relevant certifications, and excellent communication and organizational skills.\n As a Construction Supervisor, you will:\nProvide leadership, mentorship, and technical support to Field and Lead Technicians.\nCoordinate field resources and construction activities to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.\nPromote and enforce company safety programs, industry regulations, and environmental compliance standards.\nConduct site visits, planned job observations, field assessments, and construction inspections.\nCollaborate with Project Managers on project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and field execution.\nSupport recruitment, training, performance management, and development of field personnel.\nAssist with estimating, quoting, scope development, and project setup activities.\nCoordinate subcontractors and additional trades to support successful project delivery.\nMonitor project progress, identify challenges, and implement corrective actions to meet project objectives.\nEnsure quality workmanship, adherence to construction standards, and customer satisfaction throughout all project phases.\nQualifications:\nLicensed Petroleum Installer / PM2 or PM3 Certification preferred\nPetroleum/fueling construction project experience (minimum 10 years industry specific experience) and basic electrical knowledge\nValid driver’s license and clean abstract\nHigh energy, self-motivated and must have a positive attitude\nExcellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills\nAbility to work in a fast-paced, team focused, deadline-driven environment with the ability to multi-task\nMust be able to work independently with little supervision\nMust be mechanically inclined\nCompetent using tools and operating equipment\nAbility to handle very physically demanding work\nMust be willing to work long shifts and extra hours\nMust be hard working, reliable, responsible, energetic, and dependable\nMinimum High School Education\nAble to use critical thinking and problem-solving skills\nStrong Customer Service Experience\nWhy Join Us?\nOur commitment to providing the best service in the industry is driven by our employees’ passion, professionalism, and expertise.
