The Recruiter also supports employer brand growth through community engagement, workforce partnerships, and ongoing recruitment initiatives.\n Manage full-cycle recruitment for a variety of positions, ensuring a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout\n\nPartner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, prioritize requisitions, and align recruitment activities accordingly\n\nProactively source, assess, and select candidates using multiple channels and platforms \nBuild and maintain talent pipelines through continuous sourcing, workforce development programs, school partnerships, and community outreach\nChampion accurate and consistent use of the applicant tracking system to support data integrity, compliance and reporting\n\nDevelop and execute recruitment strategies and campaigns to attract qualified, motivated candidates across multiple job families\nRepresent the organization at job fairs, career events, and outreach activities\n\nDevelop and maintain recruitment outreach materials that support visibility and employer brand consistency\n\n Post-secondary degree or diploma in Human Resources or a related field, or a combination of education and relevant experience\nPrevious experience in high volume recruitment, talent acquisition, or workforce hiring\nExperience recruiting across different role types (skilled trades, technical, professional) \nFamiliarity with applicant tracking and sourcing platforms such as Taleo, Oracle, LinkedIn, Indeed, or similar\n\nProficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams\n\nComfortable learning new technologies and adapting to evolving recruitment tools and processes\n\nStrong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and collaborate effectively with hiring managers, colleagues, and external partners\n\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced, deadline-driven environment\n\nConfident presenter, comfortable speaking to groups and representing the organization in a professional manner\n\nCollaborative, adaptable, and committed to contributing to a positive, team-oriented workplace\n\nWillingness and able to travel as needed for recruitment-related events\nAs a member of the OSCO Construction Group, we offer a comprehensive compensation package including health and dental coverage, life insurance, RRSP and tax-free savings account options.
