You’ll work closely with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and functional leaders to deliver against business priorities across multiple disciplines and geographies.\nWhat you’ll do\nManage end-to-end recruitment across multiple business units and international locations.\nPartner with hiring managers to define requirements, build hiring plans, and run effective recruitment processes.\nSource and engage high-quality talent using a mix of proactive sourcing, networks, ATS pipelines, and external platforms.\nDeliver a consistent, high-quality candidate experience.\nSupport employer branding activity (job adverts, careers content, social media).\nManage the offer process end-to-end, including preparing offers and handling negotiations.\nTrack and report on key hiring metrics (time-to-fill, source of hire, pipeline health).\nSupport process improvement, hiring tools (including ATS), and workforce planning initiatives.\nBuild strong relationships with stakeholders across regions, ensuring local compliance and cultural alignment.\nStay up to date with market trends and competitor activity.\nRole focus\nAs a Talent Partner supporting our Robotics Business Unit, you will play a key role in building the teams that design, deliver and operate some of the most advanced robotic and autonomous systems in the industry.
