This will be a hybrid role based out of our corporate headquarters in Lakeville, MA with Mondays and Fridays remote.\nThe Cranberry Conversion and Logistics Manager will be responsible for managing fruit operations for the manufacturing network. You will manage cranberry storage, usage, and local transportation for optimal production quantities. You will also ensure that network plants and external customers receive quality requirements according to production plans. Additionally, you will manage long-term fruit usage strategies and represent conversion teams for the network.A Day in the Life...\nMust have freezer operations, temperature control, and contract negotiations experience.\nMust be okay with traveling\nResponsible for controlling and optimizing the storage, inter-area transportation and usage of fruit, juice, presscake, essence and concentrate.\nResponsible for ensuring that OS plants and ITG and International customers receive correct quality attributes on time at the desired location.\nRepresent Conversion in Corporate and Network meetings.\nManages the long-term strategic fruit utilization model.\nWhat We Are Looking For:\nKnowledge of beverage, conversion and receiving operations\n. Knowledge of freezer operations\n. Knowledge of contract negotiatioms\nHighly organized\nProblem solving skills\nTeam player • Knowledge of finance systems (e.g. SAP)\nEducation:\nBachelor's or University Degree (Required)Work Experience:\nAt least 5 Years of ExperienceAnnual Salary:\n$116,300 - $145,400The base salary range information above serves as a guideline of the position’s typical hiring range.
