Didipio was built by OceanaGold in 2013 and operates fully as underground mine, with over 800 employees that support the mine.\nWe are seeking a highly organised and analytical Project Planner to join our Capital Projects team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimising project schedules across a portfolio of capital projects, ensuring timely delivery, effective resource allocation, and accurate forecasting to support business decision-making.\nKey Responsibilities\nDevelop and maintain project schedules using Microsoft Project.\nManage portfolio schedules, resource planning, and project milestones.\nMonitor project progress and provide schedule performance reporting.\nConduct schedule analysis, forecasting, and critical path reviews.\nIdentify schedule risks and recommend mitigation strategies.\nSupport project governance, planning standards, and continuous improvement initiatives.\nPromote a strong safety culture through active field engagement and collaboration.\n About You\nStrong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.\nAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, and the Microsoft Office Suite.\nKnowledge of project controls, scheduling methodologies, and construction sequencing.\nExperience with EcoSys or similar project controls software is an advantage.\nQualifications & Experience\nBachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline.\nMinimum 3 years' experience in project delivery, planning, or scheduling.\nProven experience developing and managing project schedules.\nExposure to capital projects, construction, mining, or industrial environments is highly regarded.\nProject Management training or certification is desirable.\n WHAT'S ON OFFER:\nCompetitive salary + short-term and long-term bonuses\nAccommodation and food provided on site\nTravel provided to and from work \nHealth Insurance \nLiving Our Values recognition program\nAccess to OceanaGold Employee Assistance Program (EAP)\nExceptional working environment where people are valued and respected\nEligibility to Work: To be considered for this role, you must have valid working rights in the country where the role is located.
