Didipio was built by OceanaGold in 2013 and operates fully as underground mine, with over 800 employees that support the mine.\nJoin our Projects team and play a key role in delivering critical electrical and instrumentation works that support major site upgrades. Reporting to the Construction Coordinator, you will lead and supervise electrical construction activities, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the required quality standards.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead and supervise electrical and instrumentation construction crews.\nPromote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with site HSE standards and procedures.\nMonitor construction progress and provide regular project updates and reports.\nEnsure works are completed in accordance with design specifications, schedules, budgets, and quality requirements.\nCoordinate testing, commissioning, and handover activities.\nMaintain accurate project records, timesheets, and construction documentation.\nSupport workforce planning and collaborate with project stakeholders to achieve project objectives.\n What We're Looking For\nNC II in Electrical Installation and Maintenance.\nRegistered Master Electrician (RME).\nValid Professional Driver’s License.\nMinimum 5 years' experience in industrial electrical and/or instrumentation projects.\nStrong knowledge of electrical and instrumentation systems, drawings, and the Philippine Electrical Code.\nAbility to lead teams, prioritize work, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with INX systems is advantageous.\nBachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering is desirable.\n WHAT'S ON OFFER:\nCompetitive salary + short-term and long-term bonuses\nAccommodation and food provided on site\nTravel provided to and from work \nHealth Insurance \nLiving Our Values recognition program\nAccess to OceanaGold Employee Assistance Program (EAP)\nExceptional working environment where people are valued and respected\nEligibility to Work: To be considered for this role, you must have valid working rights in the country where the role is located.
