OceanaGold is listed on the Toronto and New York Stock Exchanges (TSX: OGC; NYSE: OGC).\n OceanaGold is seeking an experienced System Analyst (SuccessFactors) to support and enhance the technology underpinning our global People & Culture processes.\nReporting to the Manager IT Applications, you will take functional ownership of SAP SuccessFactors enhancements, support and upgrades, with a particular focus on Employee Central. You will work closely with People & Culture, Payroll and Technology teams to translate business requirements into reliable, secure and well-controlled system solutions.\nThis is a hands-on role offering exposure to a broad People & Culture technology environment, including SuccessFactors, SmartRecruiters, Active Directory, INX and Snowflake.\nKey tasks and responsibilities:\nLead the functional delivery of SuccessFactors enhancements, upgrades and projects from requirements through to go-live.\nTranslate business needs into clear functional designs and configuration solutions.\nSupport and enhance Employee Central, Time Management, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Onboarding and future SuccessFactors modules.\nCreate and maintain functional design, configuration and system documentation.\nProvide ongoing application support, including incident resolution, bug fixes and user requests.\nPerform configuration design, unit testing and system integration testing.\nManage system changes, releases, patches and transports through controlled change processes.\nMonitor system performance, data integrity and integrations across connected platforms.\nConduct user access reviews, including role-based permissions, administrator access and joiner, mover and leaver changes.\nSupport SOX compliance and audit requirements by maintaining appropriate controls, approvals, testing records and system evidence.\nPartner with SAP, SuccessFactors support partners and other technology vendors.\nProvide user training and guidance when required.\n SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certification.\n 3 to 5 years’ experience working with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.\nHands-on experience across end-to-end Employee Central processes, including project implementation.\nDemonstrated experience preparing functional design documents and technical specifications.\nStrong experience with system configuration, testing, enhancements and controlled production releases.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering practical outcomes.\nClear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.\nStrong stakeholder, change and influencing skills.\nEligibility to work in Australia and the flexibility to support stakeholders across different time zones.\nHighly regarded\nExperience with SuccessFactors Performance & Goals, Compensation and Onboarding modules.\nPrevious experience as a functional consultant.\nKnowledge of SmartRecruiters, DocuSign and SAP Time and Attendance.\nExperience with SuccessFactors transport paths and ServiceNow.\n Competitive salary + short-term and long-term bonuses\nDiscounts on retail and services\nPremium post ride facilities\nWellness room\nOffice surrounded by restaurants, shops and a short stroll to Southbank Parklands\nLiving Our Values recognition program\nAccess to OceanaGold Employee Assistance Program (EAP)\nExceptional working environment where people are valued and respected\nEligibility to Work: To be considered for this role, you must have valid working rights in the country where the role is located.
