OceanaGold is listed on the Toronto and New York Stock Exchanges (TSX: OGC; NYSE: OGC).\n OceanaGold has multiple opportunities available for qualified and motivated PRONTO ERP Systems Analysts to join our team and support business units across the organisation.\nIn this dynamic role, you’ll be instrumental in ensuring teams are getting the most out of the PRONTO ERP platform. You’ll provide expert-level support, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure alignment with company policies and standards. Your insights and expertise will help enhance operational efficiency and empower users to optimise their workflows.\nLocation: Brisbane office-based role requiring five days in the office each week.\nKey Responsibilities:\nDeliver expert-level support for our primary ERP, PRONTO, and its integrations across Finance, Project Management, Supply Chain, and Maintenance Management modules.\nAssist in system improvements, including enhancements, upgrades, and integrations.\nProduce functional and technical documentation and conduct UAT.\nFollow our Change Management processes and utilize ServiceNow.\nCollaborate with IT teams, including Applications, Infrastructure, and Help Desk.\nBuild strong relationships with key business users to drive continuous improvement initiatives.\nWork with our ERP Trainer to support key users \nAssist with IT audit processes and lead audit remediation activities.\nProvide support for existing solutions, such as REDMAP AP Automation and COGNOS BI\nManage external vendors for existing solutions.\n Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.\n5+ years demonstrated experience with PRONTO ERP (specifically in Finance, Project Management, Supply Chain, and/or Maintenance Management).\nStrong understanding of business processes in finance, supply chain, and project management.\nProven experience in system improvements, including upgrades, and integrations.\nProficiency in producing functional and technical specification documentation.\nExperience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and change management processes.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key business users.\nKnowledge of IT General Controls remediation activities - Sarbanes-Oxley compliance knowledge would be an advantage.\nAwareness of PRONTO 4GL programming is a plus\n WHAT'S ON OFFER:\nCompetitive salary + short-term and long-term bonuses\nDiscounts on retail and services\nPremium post ride facilities\nWellness room\nOffice surrounded by restaurants, shops and a short stroll to Southbank Parklands\nLiving Our Values recognition program\nAccess to OceanaGold Employee Assistance Program (EAP)\nExceptional working environment where people are valued and respected\nEligibility to Work: To be considered for this role, you must have valid working rights in the country where the role is located.
