The role requires strong troubleshooting capabilities, hands-on support experience, and the ability to perform onsite diagnostics, hardware replacement, configuration, administration, and user support activities.\n Provide support to Service Delivery Managers, Operations Teams, and customers.\n\nSupport and administer Microsoft Teams Rooms and associated collaboration technologies.\n\nManage and support AVVC incidents, service requests, problems, and change activities.\n\nPerform proactive monitoring and health checks of meeting room, collaboration, and digital signage environments.\n\nDiagnose and resolve hardware, software, audio, video, connectivity, and room system faults.\n\nSupport executive meeting rooms, conference spaces, and business-critical collaboration facilities.\n\nMaintain room booking and scheduling platforms.\n\nSupport digital signage and IPTV platforms, including content publishing, screen management, and fault diagnosis.\n\nAdminister room control systems and associated AV peripherals.\n\nSupport microphones, speakers, digital signal processors, touch panels, cameras, presentation systems, room booking panels, and displays.\n\nPerform firmware upgrades, software updates, patching, preventative maintenance, and room certification testing.\n\nCoordinate escalations with vendors and third-party support providers where required.\n\nPerform onsite troubleshooting and break-fix activities across customer locations.\n\nConduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for recurring issues.\n\nSupport project delivery, technology refreshes, system migrations, and deployment activities.\n\nPrepare, update, and maintain technical documentation, operating procedures, room inventories, and support records.\n\nSupport service reporting, KPI monitoring, ticket trend analysis, and continual service improvement initiatives.\n\nParticipate in transition, mobilisation, and knowledge transfer activities.\n\nEnsure all AVVC support activities are performed in accordance with approved change management and operational processes.\n\n BOSIET (Basic Offshore Safety Induction and Emergency Training) certification or willingness to achieve.\n\nMIST (Minimum Industry Safety Training) certification or willingness to achieve.\n\nMinimum 3 years’ experience supporting meeting room technologies, unified communications, video conferencing, or professional AV systems.\n\nExperience supporting Microsoft Teams Rooms environments and associated administration tools.\n\nExperience supporting room-based video conferencing, digital signage, IPTV, and room booking systems.\n\nExperience supporting AV control systems, audio processing, signal distribution, and room integration technologies.\n\nPractical experience diagnosing and resolving faults affecting cameras, microphones, speakers, displays, touch panels, codecs, control systems, and presentation equipment.\n\nExperience supporting executive meeting rooms and business-critical conferencing facilities.\n\nExperience working within ITIL Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Request Management processes.\n\nExperience working within a customer-facing support environment.\n\nAVIXA CTS or CTS-I certification preferred.\n\nMicrosoft Teams Rooms administration knowledge or relevant certification preferred.\n\nCCNP Collaboration or equivalent unified communications experience would be advantageous.\n\nVendor-specific training or certification in Yealink, Extron, Exterity/VITEC, Condeco/Eptura, or Crestron technologies would be advantageous and may be required where applicable to system administration access.\n\nKnowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other Characteristics\nStrong customer orientation with excellent client-focused communication skills.\n\nExcellent troubleshooting, fault-finding, and problem-solving capabilities.\n\nStrong understanding of audio visual, video conferencing, unified communications, and collaboration technologies.\n\nAbility to diagnose issues across hardware, software, network, configuration, and user-experience layers.\n\nComfortable performing hands-on onsite support, equipment replacement, cabling checks, and physical installation activities.\n\nAbility to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.\n\nStrong organisational, record-keeping, and documentation skills.\n\nWorks effectively within local and remote support teams.\n\nDemonstrates ownership and accountability for service delivery outcomes.\n\nMaintains a professional and customer-focused approach at all times.\n\nAdapts well to changing priorities and operational requirements.\n\nStrong commitment to continuous learning and professional development.\n\nTravel\nWilling to travel locally within Angola, offshore, and internationally as required.\nHow to Apply:\nWe offer a competitive salary, a comprehensive benefits package and the opportunity to advance in an international company.
