The scope includes surface positioning and GNSS systems, subsea acoustics, AUV and ROV survey sensors, conventional geophysical, light geotechnical and associated support equipment. The position supports GEO and S&P operations with increased responsibility and autonomy under the direction of the Equipment Lead.\n Manage equipment inventory and availability, maintaining accurate asset, utilization, maintenance, calibration and certification records within PeopleSoft/URSA\n\nCoordinate and perform inspection, maintenance, calibration, certification, repair and technical troubleshooting activities to maintain equipment readiness and reliability\n\nPlan and support equipment preparation, mobilization and demobilization for routine and complex field operations across multiple teams\n\nCoordinate domestic and international equipment movements, including transportation, storage, deployment, retrieval, waybills, inventories and commercial documentation\n\nCollaborate with SCM, suppliers and service providers, to source equipment, parts and services, create and track requisitions, assign part numbers and support required delivery dates\n\nVerify equipment compliance with applicable company, client, industry and regulatory requirements, escalating identified gaps as required\n\nSupport equipment inspections and audits and coordinate associated corrective actions\n\nProvide timely technical assistance and troubleshooting support to field teams and other operational stakeholders.\n\nDeliver equipment-use and safety training to field personnel and coordinate technician cross-training across CNAV, GEO and S&P activities\n\nAct as a designated power user and trainer for applicable equipment and asset-management systems, including URSA where required\n\nMaintain workshop Standard Operating Procedures, forms and checklists for Survey, GEO and S&P equipment activities\n\nRaise, investigate and support the closure of equipment-related non-conformances and corrective and preventive actions in accordance with the quality management system\n\nOversee applicable PeopleSoft and OMS maintenance programmes and ensure equipment records remain current.\n\nCoordinate intercompany and third-party equipment rental requirements and support equipment needs across applicable regional and global operations\n\nPromote safe equipment handling and working practices in accordance with company HSE requirements\n\nUndertake other duties reasonably aligned with the scope and level of the position\n\n REQUIRED\nMinimum of three (3)years of experience in equipment management within the oil and gas industry; experience of survey, subsea, or tooling equipment.\n\nStrong organizational and logistical skills, technical proficiency with Survey & Subsea Sensors equipment, excellent communication, and problem-solving abilities.\n\nComputer literacy to allow for interface with company and management systems\n\nProficient in both independent and team-oriented tasks.\n\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills; verbal and written\n\nAbility to receive direction and apply imagination to completion.\n\nWillingness to learn and take on new challenges.\n\nPhysical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting, climbing, working at heights, and working in various environmental conditions\n\nMust have ability to meet company and client certification standards.\n\nProven track record in quality control and assurance, ensuring high standards in deliverables.\n\nFamiliarity with HSE and quality programs, with a commitment to upholding company standards.\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.\n\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team
