This role is focused on hands-on delivery, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of applications and workflows that support business processes.\nThe ideal candidate should have strong technical skills, a solid understanding of SharePoint and Power Platform capabilities, and the ability to work with business users and technical teams to convert requirements into reliable, maintainable solutions.\n Responsibilities \nDevelop, configure, and maintain SharePoint Online and Power Platform solutions to support business process automation, collaboration, and reporting needs.\nBuild and enhance Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, Power Automate flows, BPF, Dataverse, and SharePoint-based applications based on approved requirements.\nWork with stakeholders and senior team members to understand requirements, clarify scope, and translate business needs into functional solutions.\nCreate and maintain SharePoint lists, libraries, pages, permissions, views, content types, and site components.\nCustomize and troubleshoot SharePoint Online solutions, including SPFx components where required.\nDevelop and maintain Power Automate flows, including automated, scheduled, instant, and approval-based workflows.\nSupport integrations using standard and premium connectors, Dataverse, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and other approved enterprise systems.\nAssist with testing, deployment, documentation, and production support for Power Platform and SharePoint solutions.\nTroubleshoot application, workflow, permission, and data-related issues and provide timely resolution or escalation.\nUse PowerShell where needed to support SharePoint Online administration, automation, reporting, and maintenance tasks.\nFollow governance, security, data loss prevention, environment, and solution management standards defined by the organization.\nStay current with Microsoft Power Platform, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft 365 development practices.\n Qualification\nRequired\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.\n4+ years of hands-on experience developing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and/or SharePoint Online.\nExperience building Canvas Apps, Power Automate flows, and SharePoint Online solutions.\nExperience with Model-Driven Apps, Dataverse tables, forms, views, business rules, and basic security roles.\nWorking knowledge of SharePoint lists, libraries, pages, permissions, metadata, and site structure.\nUnderstanding of Dataverse, connectors, Power Platform environments, and solution packaging.\nAbility to troubleshoot application, workflow, data, and permission-related issues.\nGood analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.\nAbility to work independently on assigned tasks while collaborating with senior developers, administrators, and business stakeholders.\nDesried\nExperience with SPFx development, TypeScript, React, REST APIs, or Microsoft Graph.\nExposure to Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Runbooks, or other Azure-based integration and automation services.\nExperience using PowerShell for SharePoint Online or Microsoft 365 administration tasks.\nFamiliarity with governance concepts such as DLP policies, environment strategy, permissions, and application lifecycle management.\nExperience with AI Builder, Copilot Studio, or Power BI is a plus.\nAbility to support citizen developers and promote reusable, maintainable solution patterns.\nWorking Conditions\nThis position is considered office work and is characterized as follows.\nAlmost exclusively indoors during the day and occasionally at night.\nOccasional exposure to airborne dust in the workplace.\nWork surface is stable and flat.\nPhysical Activity / Requirements\nThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.\nReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.\nThis position is considered light work.\nWe offer a comprehensive and competitive benefits package.
