As an intern with our Grayloc team, you’ll assist with day-to-day engineering and project management responsibilities, including generating documents, organizing SharePoint, creating reports, and developing procedures etc. for the engineering and PM groups.\nYour job responsibilities and projects will be based upon your experience and educational background to provide real life application of your classroom knowledge. You’ll work closely with a mentor to ensure your developmental goals are met and that you meet your performance expectations.\nThis is an exciting opportunity to learn ‘real world’ experience and accelerate your career by working with a leader in the oil and gas, aerospace, and entertainment industries.\nKey Responsibilities\nAssist Project Managers with project tracking, scheduling, and status reporting.\n\nPrepare and maintain project documentation, meeting minutes, and action item logs.\n\nDevelop reports, dashboards, and presentations to support project reviews.\n\nOrganize and maintain project files and SharePoint documentation.\n\nSupport process improvement and standardization initiatives.\n\nCoordinate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain teams on project deliverables.\n\nAssist with data collection, KPI tracking, and project metrics reporting.\n\nSupport the development of procedures, work instructions, and training materials.\n\nParticipate in project meetings and contribute to team discussions.\n\n REQUIRED\nCurrently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business, or a related field.\n\nStrong organizational and communication (writing and documentation) skills.\n\nProficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.\n\nExperience with Power BI, SharePoint, or project management tools is preferred.\n\nSelf-motivated with a strong desire to learn and contribute in a team environment.\n\nDESIRED\nExposure to physical tools as used for home improvement, wood working, automotive related and similar; programming whether as part of coursework or as a hobby \nWorking Conditions\nThis position is considered OFFICE WORK which is characterized as follows.\nAlmost exclusively indoors during the day and occasionally at night\n\nOccasional exposure to airborne dust in the work place\n\nWork surface is stable (flat)\n\nPhysical Activity/Requirements\n.\nThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
