The role coordinates cross-functional teams, manages resources, and maintains clear communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met across the full project lifecycle.\nThis is a U.S.-based office position with a hybrid work schedule. Domestic and international travel may be required.\nDuties and Responsibilities\nPlan, execute, and control multiple projects to meet scope, cost, schedule, quality, and HSSE requirements\n\nDevelop and manage project budgets, schedules, forecasts, and work breakdown structures\n\nCoordinate bids, proposals, and execution with Operations, Commercial, and Service Excellence teams\n\nServe as primary customer interface, including technical discussions and presentations\n\nMonitor project risks, issues, and performance and implement corrective actions\n\nOversee procurement activities, invoicing, and accounts receivable support\n\nPrepare and present project financial and performance reports\n\nEnsure compliance with HSSE and Quality Management Systems\n\nSupport training, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives\n\nPerform additional duties in support of organizational objectives\n\n Supervisory Responsibilities\nThis position does not have supervisory responsibilities.\nReporting Relationship\nSr. Operations Manager, Integrity Management & Digital Solutions (Americas)\n\n Qualifications\nREQUIRED:\n5+ years project management experience\n\n5+ years API 510/570 experience and knowledge of API & ASME codes\n\nStrong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills\n\nAbility to manage multiple concurrent projects\n\nProficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn enterprise systems\n\nStrong presentation skills and the ability to articulate complex concepts to cross functional audiences\n\nValid passport and ability to travel internationally\n\nPreferred:\n5+ years experience in inspection or integrity management or equivalent capability\n\nFamiliarity with Offshore operational activities\nProject Management Professional (PMP) Certification\n\nExperience running calculations on ASME piping, tanks, and vessels\n\nKnowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other Characteristics\nPlanning and Organizing/ Human Resource Management/ Developing Others/ Decision Making/ Results Orientation:\nAbility to make objective decisions timely and effectively\n\nSkill to recognize when decisions or information should be referred to a higher authority\n\nMonitor customer needs and preferences to determine focus of sales efforts\n\nSkill to effectively manage time and organize information to meet sales goals needs and desired outcomes\n\nProvides/ develops appropriate documentation to track sales performance\n\nAbility to design and/or conduct training for an appropriate audience\n\nWorking Conditions\nThis position is considered OFFICE which is characterized as follows.\nAlmost exclusively indoors during the day and occasionally at night.\n\nOccasional exposure to airborne dust in the work place.\n\nWork surface is stable (flat).\n\nMinimal travel and time away from home (up to 10%)\n\nAbility to drive or fly for long periods of time\n\nPhysical Activity/Requirements \nThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
