relationships with key suppliers and internal stakeholders.\nWork closely with Engineering teams to clarify drawing requirements, specifications, material grades, tolerances, and alternate sourcing options.\nRequired\nBachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.\n3-5 years of experience in technical procurement, strategic sourcing, or purchasing.\nExperience purchasing mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, automation, or industrial components.\nDesired\nGood understanding of engineering drawings and technical specifications.\nStrong negotiation and supplier management skills.\nExperience working with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, IFS, or Dynamics.\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel and procurement reporting.\nKnowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other Characteristics\nSelf-driven, positive attitude.\nStrong communication skills.\nAbility to work in a cross functional team.\nStrong organizing & planning skills.\nDisciplined documentation and record
