Relevant experience may be substituted for academic qualifications.\n\nStrong knowledge of Microsoft 365 products (i.e. MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Power Point).\n\nStrong understanding of requirements management principles and best practices, including requirements allocation and derivation, “shredding” of standards into a digital equivalent.\n\nExcellent knowledge of either 3SL Cradle or Jama Connect features and functionalities, and experience with configuring data queries, workflows, custom fields, and integrations.\n\nMinimum 1-5 years of experience with:\nContributing to the development of sections of systems engineering documentation, including system engineering plans, initial\n\nCapabilities documents, requirements specifications, and interface control documents.\n\nManaging system requirements and derived requirements to ensure the delivery of production systems that are compatible. with the defined system architectures, including Department of Defense Architecture Framework (DoDAF and Service-oriented Architecture (SOA).\n\nAssisting with the development of system requirements, functional requirements, and allocation of the same to individual hardware, software, facility, and personnel components.\n\nSystem requirements and stakeholder needs, including functions that may be logically inferred and implied, as essential to system effectiveness.\n\nMinimum 1-5 years’ experience with an SEDB tool preferably Jama-Connect.\nSchema development\n\nDocument import and export, linking\n\nReport generation\n\nDatabase management\n\nDatabase administration\n\nWorking knowledge of other SEDB tools (Cameo, DOORS etc).\n\nCandidate will have to perform in an ISO-9000 rated company in a rapidly changing and demanding atmosphere.\n\nStrong problem-solving and analytical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.\n\nDemonstrates ability to devise innovative solutions to problems.\n\nMust be a US Citizen and be able to obtain a security clearance.\n\nSome travel may be required.\n\nDESIRED:\nWork experience with US Department of Defense programs & projects.\n\nWe offer a comprehensive and competitive benefits package.
