refrigerators, and service areas.\nComplete daily mise en place and ensure the bar is properly stocked and ready for service.\nMonitor beverage stock, prepare requisitions, maintain stock records, and participate in inventories.\nEnsure proper handling of beverages, equipment, and materials to minimize waste, breakage, and loss.\nProcess guest bills and payments accurately and follow all POS and financial procedures.\nRecord breakages, losses, stock movements, and other required information accurately.\nFollow opening and closing procedures, checklists, SOPs, hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards.\nEnsure all beverage products are prepared according to approved recipes and standards.\nObtain and use guest feedback to improve service and contribute to guest satisfaction.\nMaintain professional grooming, hygiene, punctuality, teamwork, and positive communication.\nParticipate in departmental briefings and training.\nComply with hotel policies, procedures, and applicable employment regulations.\nPerform any other reasonable duties assigned by
