This role works closely with program managers and the Business Development team to staff current contracts, support new awards, and identify key personnel for proposals. The ideal candidate brings government contracting experience and the ability to manage multiple requisitions under tight deadlines. This role will also assist the People Operations team in departmental and company-wide initiatives.\nLocation\nHybrid Remote: Sterling, VA (Once a week)\n Core Responsibilities & Duties\nExecute full-cycle recruitment, including writing job postings, sourcing and interviewing candidates, providing recommendations for hire, conducting reference checks, and extending offers. \nDevelop and maintain candidate pipelines and networks, including veteran and cleared talent communities. \nLeverage technology and data, including social media, job boards, and our applicant tracking system (Paylocity), to identify and attract candidates. \nCollaborate with departmental and program managers to understand skills, competencies, and contract requirements for open positions. \nWork with the Business Development team to support RFP efforts. This includes sourcing key personnel and contingent candidates, securing Letters of Intent, mapping candidate qualifications to contract labor categories, and formatting résumés for proposal submissions. \nSupport rapid staffing for new contract awards and backfills to meet contractual fill requirements. \nCoordinate with the Facility Security Officer on requirements related to clearance verification and investigation processing. \nSupport pre-employment processes, including background checks and E-Verify. \nMaintain OFCCP-compliant recruiting records, including applicant flow logs, candidate dispositions, and state job bank postings. \nSupport meetings to discuss open positions and strategic approach. \nAssist in the completion of new hire onboarding tasks. \nProvide assistance in departmental and company-wide initiatives. \nThe responsibilities and duties listed above are flexible and subject to change based on operational need.\nRequirements\nMinimum Qualifications\nEducation\nBachelor’s degree in a technical, human resources, or related field of study, or four (4) additional years of relevant experience in lieu of the degree, in addition to the minimum experience requirements.\nExperience\nA minimum of four (4)+ years of technical recruitment experience in a government contracting environment. \nExperience recruiting candidates for cleared (Secret, TS/SCI) and public trust positions.\nFamiliarity with IT and cybersecurity roles and certifications (e.g., AWS Cloud, CISSP, Security+)\nKnowledge of digital, traditional, and innovative sourcing tools and channels. \nProficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Clearance Jobs, Indeed, and Boolean search techniques. \nUnderstanding of HR databases, applicant tracking systems, and candidate management systems. \nWorking knowledge of state and federal employment laws and regulations. \n Preferred Qualifications\nExperience with Paylocity and Smartsheet \nExperience supporting proposal efforts, including key personnel and contingent hire recruiting. \nExperience recruiting candidates for cleared (Secret, TS/SCI) and public trust positions. \nOther Required Skills and Abilities\nMotivated and adaptive team player with excellent verbal and written communications skills. \nAttention to detail with an ability to prioritize and execute work with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment. \nAbility to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality. \nProficient in Microsoft Office suite including, but not limited to: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook. \nAbout Us: At OCH, we are more than just a government contracting firm; we are innovators and leaders in providing cutting-edge IT services and cybersecurity solutions.
