Belvoir, VA\n Core Responsibilities & Duties\nServes as vulnerability management analyst for assigned information systems and computer networks. \nAnalyzes vulnerabilities and characterizes risk to networks, operating systems, applications, databases, and other information system components. \nEngages with stakeholders and mission partners to facilitate vulnerability discovery through manual review and/or the use of vulnerability scanners. \nFacilitates the coordination of remediation efforts, prioritizing remediation efforts based on risk. \nRecommends appropriate actions to remediate vulnerabilities and mitigate risks and ensures the implementation of appropriate security settings to include those required by Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIG). \nSupports and ensures compliance with DOD Information Assurance Vulnerability Management (IAVM) program. \nTracks and reports security and compliance issues. \nValidates remedial actions and ensures compliance with DLA and DOD information security policy. \nResponsibilities may evolve over time to support team and organizational goals, but will remain consistent with the overall scope of the role.\nRequirements\nMinimum Qualifications\nEducation\nBachelor’s degree (BS or BA) in a technical discipline from an accredited university.\nExperience\nFive (5) years relevant experience \nHands-on experience working with vulnerability scanners \nUnderstanding of vulnerabilities and remediation techniques \nSecurity Clearance Requirement\nMust possess an active DoD Secret security clearance and be eligible for an IT-II (Non-Critical Sensitive) security designation or Tier 3 (T3) investigation upon assignment.\nAbout Us: At OCH, we are more than just a government contracting firm; we are innovators and leaders in providing cutting-edge IT services and cybersecurity solutions.
