company policies and procedures\nMaintains a favorable working relationship with all other company employees to foster aid, promote a cooperative and harmonious working climate which will be conducive to maximum employee morale, productivity, and efficiency/effectiveness. \nCommunication with Maintenance to ensure complete understanding of work requests\nOversee work order tracking and issuing\nOversee monitoring of equipment, process conditions, DCS and data\nContinuous improvement through procedure updates, and SPC \nUnderstanding relationship of data as it relates to process conditions upstream and downstream\nMaintain excellent communication with all chemical technicians, maintenance technicians, and contractors during start-up, shutdown, troubleshooting, and normal operations\nActive liaison to contractors to include expulsion from the site if necessary\nContinuous monitoring of equipment, process conditions, and data\nStop any activity that could result in an injury to personnel or harm to the environment\nBe able to identify through experience when out-of-control process indicates potential problems to be investigated.\nComplete other duties as assigned by Site
