The Graphic Designer works with Directors, Senior Designers, Copywriters, Product Marketers, and Marketing Managers to conceive and develop effective marketing materials across a wide range of applications. You will work with a variety of projects including print materials and production, social graphics, infographics, iconography, illustration, environmental graphics, trade show graphics, web and digital design. The Graphic Designer thinks strategically and communicates design rationale effectively to colleagues, product teams, and management. You will have the experience and willingness to proactively lead the design and implementation of design projects, balancing the needs of the end user with strategic marketing and sales objectives.Responsibilities\nWork on wide range of print and digital media including social, collateral, presentations and web\nWork within corporate branding guidelines and standards\nThink creatively and develop new design concepts, graphics, iconography, and layouts\nHigh-quality conceptualization, layout, and print production\nPrepare rough drafts and present ideas\nAmend final designs to gain full approval\nWork as part of a team with copywriters, designers, and product managers\nWork with internal teams globally to translate their communication intent into visual form for print and digital\nWork on a large, global website with high visibility\nQualifications\nMinimum Required\nBachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Marketing or related discipline\n2-3 years professional design experience, preferably with a marketing or creative agency\nExtensive experience with Adobe Creative Suite applications (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Acrobat), social media platforms, Figma and Canva\nStrong illustrative capabilities\nUnderstanding of social media platforms and design specs\nAdaptability and flexibility to grow and change as social platforms are constantly evolving\nDemonstrable design skills with a strong portfolio\nPossession of versatility, conceptual/visual ability and originality\nAbility to interact, communicate and present ideas\nProficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)\nKnowledge of and ability to create templates for Microsoft Word and PowerPoint\nProfessionalism regarding time, costs and deadlines\nAbility to multi-task, juggling a lot of projects at once while maintaining a good eye for details and still meet necessary deadlines\nStrong problem-solving and creative-thinking skills\nCuriosity about AI, experience using it, and the judgment to know when it improves the work when it doesn’t\nDesirable But Not Required\nStrong working knowledge of HTML, CSS and related standards and techniques\nPhotography, videography, or motion graphics experience\nPORTFOLIOS ARE REQUIRED FOR CONSIDERATION.\nWorking Conditions: Normal office environment.\nADA/EAA: The above statements cover what are generally believed to be principal and essential functions of this job.
