You will collaborate with team members to solve problems, provide technical guidance, and ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions. You will also collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define, refine, and implement features and enhancements.Responsibilities:\nLead small teams and mentor junior engineers.\nDesign and implement complex features and systems.\nProvide technical guidance and expertise to the team.\nParticipate in architectural discussions and decisions.\nConduct code reviews and ensure code quality standards\nQualifications:\nBachelor's degree in computer science or related discipline, or equivalent work experience.\n5+ years of software development experience.\nStrong programming skills in one or more languages.\nAbility to lead and mentor teams.\nStrong problem-solving and analytical skills.\nKnowledge of database systems.\nExperience with cloud platforms.\nExperience integrating AI tools, frameworks, and concepts into the software development process.\nWorking Conditions: Normal office environment.\nADA/EAA: The above statements cover what are generally believed to be the principal and essential functions of this job.
