You'll own features end to end - designing, developing, testing, and shipping them - and have genuine input into the architecture decisions that shape the product. You'll partner closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define and refine what we build, and contribute to maintaining the existing systems that support it.Responsibilities:\nIndependently write, test, and debug code.\nCollaborate with other team members to solve problems.\nContribute to design discussions and code reviews.\nDevelop and implement new features and functionalities.\nOptimize application performance and scalability.\nQualifications:\nBachelor's degree in computer science or related discipline, or equivalent work experience\n2-4 years of relevant software development experience.\nStrong programming skills in one or more languages.\nExperience with Agile practices such as Kanban, continuous integration, and iterative delivery.\nOwnership mindset - takes initiative, exercises sound judgment within scope, and drives work to completion while collaborating effectively with the team.\nStrong problem-solving and analytical skills.\nKnowledge of database systems.\nExperience integrating AI tools, frameworks, and concepts into the software development process.\nExperience with cloud platforms, AWS preferred.\nWorking Conditions: Normal office environment.\nADA/EAA: The above statements cover what are generally believed to be the principal and essential functions of this job.
