You will receive training and support to prepare financial statements and management accounts for a portfolio of clients, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting frameworks and delivering high-quality client service.\nMain Responsibilities\nTake pride in maintaining accurate accounting records and processing transactions for an assigned portfolio of clients.\nSupport the preparation of financial statements and management accounts by accurately posting bookkeeping entries and maintaining high-quality records.\nProcess accounts payable, accounts receivable, loan transactions, and bank transactions in a timely and accurate manner.\nPerform bank, investment, and other reconciliations, helping to ensure the integrity of client financial information.\nAssist with the preparation of VAT returns and other basic tax filings.\nPrepare simple financial statements and management accounts while developing your technical accounting knowledge and skills.\nWork closely with colleagues across the team, providing support on accounting tasks and contributing to team initiatives and projects.\nBuild positive relationships with clients and deliver a professional, responsive, and high-quality service across multiple jurisdictions within the Ocorian Group.\nHandle client, employee, and company information with the highest level of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism.\nFollow Ocorian's information security policies and procedures to help protect the business and its clients.\nCompleted ACCA Level 2 and/or having first degree in accounting field\n\nKnowledge, Skills and Experience\nMinimum of 2 years accounting experience \nAbility to learn NAV, E-front systems and Value Financials software.\n All staff are expected to embody our core values that underpin everything that we do and that reflect the skills and behaviours we all need to be successful.
