As an Assistant Controller, you'll work closely with experienced CFO professionals, investment managers and fund clients, playing a key role in delivering financial, operational and reporting support to sophisticated investment structures.\nThis is an exciting opportunity to broaden your technical knowledge, build strong industry expertise and develop your career within a dynamic, global business supporting over $85 billion in assets under management.\nMain Responsibilities\nResponsibilities include but are not limited to:\nSupport CFO clients with fund operations, investment accounting and portfolio reporting across a diverse range of alternative investment structures.\nMonitor and reconcile investment transactions, working closely with portfolio managers, counterparties and service providers to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.\nAssist with capital calls, treasury management, investor reporting and other activities supporting the lifecycle of investment funds.\nReview fund valuations, performance reporting and NAV calculations, ensuring accuracy and high-quality client deliverables.\nCollaborate with clients, auditors and internal teams on year-end audits, tax reporting, process improvements and strategic projects.\nKnowledge, Skills and Experience\nBachelor’s in accounting required. \n1-3 years of relevant experience in accounting or financial services, with a focus in fund accounting, alternative investment, and client facing experience. \nStrong knowledge of GAAP, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in financial software and systems, and strong communication and leadership abilities. \nProficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
