Working across business operations, regulatory reporting, process improvement and strategic projects, you'll gain broad exposure to the business while helping shape how we deliver exceptional client service. Designed to be a varied and dynamic role, this position offers the opportunity to build diverse skills, collaborate across teams and contribute to high-impact initiatives.\nMain responsibilities\nCreate meaningful business insights through management reporting, dashboards and data analysis that help drive informed decision-making.\nIdentify trends and improvement opportunities by analysing operational performance, service delivery, risk and quality metrics.\nSupport key regulatory and governance activities, including filings, reporting, action tracking and audit evidence preparation.\nPlay a hands-on role in business change initiatives, contributing to process improvements, automation projects, system enhancements and testing activities.\nWork across a variety of business priorities, collaborating with teams to provide operational support, maintain project records and ensure seamless delivery across the function.\nKnowledge, Skill and Experience\nExperience in business analysis, operations, reporting, project support or regulated financial services administration. \nAnalytical and problem-solving skills, with confidence working with operational data and spreadsheets. \nAbility to document requirements, processes, controls and findings clearly and accurately.\n All staff are expected to embody our core values that underpin everything that we do and that reflect the skills and behaviours we all need to be successful.
