You'll work across the full regulatory lifecycle, from licensing and compliance framework design to MAS audits and regulatory change programmes. This role offers significant exposure to high-profile Fund Management Company clients, alongside opportunities to support a broader range of financial services businesses. This is an excellent opportunity to build trusted client relationships, deepen your regulatory expertise, and influence strategic outcomes in a fast-paced consulting environment.\nMain Responsibilities\nServe as a trusted advisor, providing regulatory compliance advice, training, policy support, and licensing guidance to clients.\nManage a portfolio of clients, acting as the primary point of contact and ensuring high-quality service delivery.\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, regulators, and industry stakeholders while identifying new business opportunities.\nLead business development activities, including proposals, networking, thought leadership, and cross-selling services.\nMonitor regulatory developments, provide practical guidance on regulatory change, and contribute to internal knowledge sharing and training.\nKnowledge, Skills and Experience\nDegree-educated\nCompliance experience gained at an FMC, legal practice, consultancy, or the MAS\nClient relationship management experience \nMandarin proficiency beneficial but not essential\n All staff are expected to embody our core values that underpin everything that we do and that reflect the skills and behaviours we all need to be successful.
