Le périmètre couvre plusieurs applications Java/React : reporting, messagerie et téléphonie client. Vous intervenez à la fois sur les projets d’évolution (Change) et sur la maintenance des applications en production (Run), au sein d’équipes agiles, dans un environnement partiellement anglophone.\nVos missions\nAssurer le lead technique d’un périmètre de plusieurs applications Java/React : prise en main, pilotage technique et garantie de la qualité des livrables\n\nDévelopper en back (Java, Spring Boot, Spring Batch) et en front (React, JavaScript/TypeScript)\n\nRésoudre les sujets complexes côté front comme côté back\n\nRéaliser des revues de PR avec une forte exigence sur React, en faisant preuve de regard critique et de pédagogie\n\nAssister et accompagner les développeurs dans leurs travaux\n\nParticiper aux projets et évolutions, ainsi qu’au run des applications\n\nContribuer aux cérémonies agiles\n\nRédiger les dossiers de conception technique (description des traitements, procédure d’installation) et contribuer au dossier d’architecture\n\nLivrables\nDéveloppements et composants techniques applicatifs (Java / React)\n\nDossiers de conception technique\n\nDossiers de tests unitaires\n\nGestion technique du périmètre applicatif\n\nProfil recherché\nJava : back-end, Spring Boot, Spring Batch\n\nReact JS, JavaScript / TypeScript, avec une expertise particulière en front React\n\nRequêtage de bases de données (SQL, PL/SQL)\n\nProtocoles de transfert de fichiers (SFTP, etc.)\n\nMéthodologie agile\n\nExpérience de tech lead ou de lead technique\n\nAnglais professionnel\n\nUn plus : connaissance du domaine bancaire et financier, notamment des produits
