Full Stack Developer

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Full Stack Developer to join our development team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining web applications using the company's development tools and modern web technologies. The role requires strong problem-solving skills, the ability to work collaboratively in an Agile environment, and a commitment to writing high-quality code.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications using the company's development tools and technologies.
• Participate in training sessions to learn and effectively utilize the company's development platform.
• Write clean, scalable, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices.
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Create and optimize database structures and queries.
• Perform unit testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and optimization of existing applications.
• Assist in testing, deployment, and maintenance of web-based applications.
• Collaborate with the team during sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Communicate project progress, technical issues, and proposed solutions to team members and stakeholders.
• Contribute ideas to improve application performance, user experience, and development processes.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications

Required Skills

• Proficient in Node.js and NestJS
• Experience with MySQL database design and optimization
• Working knowledge of Git and GitHub for version control
• Experience in developing and consuming RESTful APIs
• Knowledge of database normalization and relational database design
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field
• At least 3 years of full-cycle web development experience
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies
• Knowledge of frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js is an advantage
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines
