Visit www.octane.co.\nThe Business Development Representative (BDR) will call on qualified, prospective and enrolled franchised and independent Powersports/RV/Marine dealerships. They will sell Octane’s primary value proposition of Speed and Ease to key dealership employees to enroll, train, and engage the dealership with the primary goal of positioning Octane as a solution to their lending needs to increase application and loan volume and market penetration.\nResponsibilities: \nMake multiple outbound calls to Powersports/RV/Marine dealerships, including cold calling.\nAchieve monthly production, enrollment, and engagement goals.\nQualify leads from multiple sources including digital campaigns, conferences, dealership referrals, and trade shows\nCreate and maintain a database and/or CRM of current and prospective clients.\nResolve dealership issues within a timely manner to minimize the impact to the dealership and Octane.\nAbility to seek advice/guidance on complex dealer issues and work to a resolution.\nWork with the Director of Sales & Partnerships and teammates to create a daily workflow that will allow for on-time completion of daily/weekly/monthly tasks.\nRequirements:\nHigh School degree or equivalent.\n0-2 years of experience with inside sales or a high call volume environment.\nWork with the VP Sales, RV and Marine and/or National Sales Manager, RV to create a daily workflow that will allow for on-time completion of daily/weekly/monthly tasks.\nFamiliarity with G-Suite (Gmail, Sheets, Docs, Slides) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word) .\nCompensation: The role described above offers a base salary of $45,000 to $50,000 + additional on target earnings. Your offer will be based on the alignment of your qualifications with the requirements of the job, location, and internal equity.
