Because you’re someone who loves to learn, enjoys people, and has a real heart to help, we encourage you to join us as an: Operations Data Analytics Manager\nThis is What You’ll Do\nLead the design, development, maintenance, and enhancement of operational dashboards, reports, scorecards, and analytical tools.\nIdentify, source, mine, organize, and prepare operational data required to support recurring reporting, ad hoc analysis, and business needs.\nTranslate operational and analytical requirements into appropriate data structures, calculations, report logic, and technical reporting specifications.\nEstablish and maintain processes to validate the accuracy, completeness, consistency, and reliability of operational data and reporting.\nMonitor and troubleshoot data anomalies, reporting discrepancies, calculation errors, and inconsistencies between source systems and analytical outputs.\nIdentify and implement opportunities to automate recurring reports, manual data processes, and analytical workflows to improve efficiency and scalability.\nDevelop datasets, reporting capabilities, and analytical tools that enable deeper analysis and support emerging operational questions and business needs.\nPartner closely with Business Intelligence, Business Analytics, Data Engineering, IT, and other technical teams to develop, test, and enhance operational data and reporting solutions.\nEstablish and maintain documentation and standards for operational reports, data sources, calculations, report logic, testing, maintenance, and change control.\nLead and develop the Operations data analytics team, establishing priorities, standards, and expectations for reporting, data requests, validation, documentation, and analytical production.\nOther duties as assigned\nThis is What it Takes\nBachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered.\nFive (5) years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, operational analytics, reporting, or a related field.\nExperience developing and maintaining dashboards, reports, and analytical solutions.\nExperience working with data visualization/business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, MicroStrategy, Qlik, or similar platforms.\nWorking knowledge of SQL and relational databases.\nExperience leading analytical projects, technical workstreams, or data/reporting teams.\nExperience working with large and complex datasets.\nAdvanced knowledge of data analytics, reporting methodologies, data structures, and business intelligence practices.\nStrong understanding of relational databases, data warehousing, ETL processes, and data integration concepts.\nAdvanced proficiency in data visualization, reporting, and analytical tools.\nStrong understanding of data validation, reporting logic, calculation methodology, and quality assurance practices.\nAbility to translate operational and business requirements into scalable data, reporting, dashboard, and analytical solutions.\nAbility to identify and troubleshoot data anomalies, reporting discrepancies, calculation errors, and source-system inconsistencies.\nKnowledge of reporting automation and methods for improving the scalability and efficiency of analytical processes.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with complex operational data.\nAbility to establish reporting standards, documentation practices, and consistent analytical processes.\nStrong project management, prioritization, and organizational skills.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nAbility to collaborate effectively with Operations, BI/BA, Data Engineering, IT, and other cross-functional partners.\nDemonstrated ability to lead, develop, and establish priorities for an analytics team.\nAbility to adapt to changing technologies, business needs, and analytical requirements.\nPhysical Requirements\nAbility to sit for extended periods of time\nAbility to use a computer and other office equipment\nAbility to occasionally lift and carry up to 20 pounds\nAbility to reach, bend, and stoop as necessaryAbility to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing\nAbility to focus and concentrate on tasks for extended periods\nAbility to navigate the office environment safely, including stairs and elevators (if applicable)\nAbility to travel up to 20% via airplane or vehicle (if applicable)\nAbility to use assistive devices if needed for mobility or communication\nDo Satisfying Work.
