This role supports the design, implementation, and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, monitoring, and system reliability practices.\nThe DevOps Developer works closely with software developers, system administrators, and cybersecurity stakeholders to ensure fast, reliable, and secure delivery of applications and services in a scalable technology environment.\nWhat you'll do:\nOptimize existing Jenkins pipelines for speed, stability, and maintainability;\nImprove Jenkins agent usage, queue time, executor allocation, and build reliability;\nAdd security checks into CI/CD pipelines, such as dependency scanning, secrets detection, static analysis, and container image scanning;\nBuild and improve Grafana dashboards for Jenkins, agents, pipelines, servers, and security signals;\nDefine useful alerts for failed builds, offline agents, high resource usage, long queue times, and abnormal failure patterns;\nHelp standardize Jenkins pipeline structure, shared libraries, credentials usage, and plugin practices;\nReview current CI/CD workflows and propose improvements for security and performance;\nAutomate reporting and maintenance tasks using PowerShell, Bash, or Python;\nDocument pipeline standards, monitoring dashboards, and security procedures.\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field;\nEquivalent practical experience may be considered;\n3 to 5+ years of experience in DevOps, system administration, or software engineering;\nHands-on experience with build and deployment automation;\nExperience supporting production environments in a technology-driven organization;\nStrong experience with Jenkins pipelines and Jenkins administration;\nExperience with CI/CD optimization and troubleshooting;\nGood understanding of DevSecOps practices;\nExperience with Grafana dashboards and monitoring concepts;\nFamiliarity with Prometheus, Loki, or similar observability tools;\nKnowledge of Java, C#;\nScripting skills in PowerShell, Bash, or Python;\nGood knowledge of Linux and Windows build environments;\nUnderstanding of secrets management, credentials handling, and access control;\nAbility to work with developers to improve pipelines without slowing delivery;\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills;\nAbility to work under pressure in production-sensitive environments;\nStrong communication and collaboration skills;\nGood organizational and documentation abilities;\nContinuous improvement mindset;\nAbility to balance speed, reliability, and security in deployment
