了解 Vue/React 任一前端框架; 熟悉 MySQL/PostgreSQL，了解向量数据库; 会 Docker 部署，具备 Linux 基础。\n4.了解 LangChain / LangGraph / Dify 等至少一种 Agent 框架，理解 Function-Calling 工具调用，能够完成 Agent 工作流开发，对接数据库、API 外部系统。\n5.具备 ToB 业务理解力，能够参与客户技术沟通，抓取业务核心要点，可在指导下输出需求拆解与技术实现思路。\n6.具备研发流程意识，能够参与 AI 研发协同，协助整理开发流程、实践文档。\n7.学习自驱力强，愿意持续跟进 AI 新技术;
