至少精通一种主流后端语言（c++,Golang/Python等），熟悉异步编程、RESTful API。\n2. 熟练使用Linux，可独立部署调试环境。\n3. 熟练掌握一种主流后端框架，能快速迭代开发。\n4. 熟悉分布式架构，具备消息队列、Redis、MySQL实操经验。\n（三）全栈必备技能\n1. 具备一定的前端基础，能独立使用AI工具完成全栈开发，并能控制质量。\n2. 具备前后端联调能力，能处理AI与前后端对接问题，遵循开发规范。\n（四）加分项及综合能力\n1. 有虚拟化、容器、桌面云经验优先。\n2.
