The actual hourly rate offered will take internal value, peer equity, job-related factors, and other organizational considerations into account.The IT Analyst is responsible for supporting and maintaining a reliable IT environment, with a focus on the availability and performance of desktop and mobile systems. This role requires knowledge of desktop and laptop computing, iOS devices, wireless networks, email systems, antivirus and malware protection, cybersecurity, and phone systems. The IT Analyst also provides technical support for events at Honda Center and surrounding event spaces, as needed.\nResponsibilities\nConfigure, deploy, and provide ongoing support for desktop hardware and systems\n\nSet up and support phone systems, including analog, cloud-based, and IP-based solutions\n\nConfigure, deploy, and support network printers\n\nProvide technical support for Apple and Android mobile devices\n\nProvide application support for Microsoft Office 365, Teams, Exchange, SharePoint, and Dynamics CRM\n\nTroubleshoot network connectivity issues\n\nDiagnose and resolve issues related to point-of-sale hardware and software\n\nAssist with audio/visual systems and conference room setup, configuration, and troubleshooting\n\nTroubleshoot and resolve user issues involving desktop hardware, software, and mobile devices\n\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience\n\nA+ certification preferred\n\n2+ years of experience as an IT Desktop Analyst, Desktop Support Analyst, or similar role\n\nExperience with Tanium or a similar endpoint management tool strongly preferred\n\nExperience administering and maintaining user accounts in Microsoft Azure and on-premises Active Directory\n\nExperience with ServiceNow or a similar help desk/ticketing system\n\nKnowledge of databases, system security, and technical troubleshooting\n\nWorking knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory\n\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to support a diverse user community\n\nStrong time management and organizational skills\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills\n\nUnderstanding of general business practices and operations\n\nProactive approach with strong follow-through and the ability to prioritize multiple assignments and complete projects on time\n\nValid California driver’s license and acceptable driving record\n\nAbility to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and some holidays as required\n\nAbility to stand and bend for prolonged periods and lift and carry up to 50 pounds\n\nKnowledge, Skills and Experience\nEducation - Bachelor’s Degree\nExperience Required - 2+ Years\nThis position is on-site.\nCompany:\nOC Sports & Entertainment, LLCOur Commitment:\nWe are committed to providing an environment of mutual respect where equal employment opportunities are available to all applicants and team members without regard to race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy and gender identity), national origin, political affiliation, sexual orientation, marital status, disability, genetic information, age, membership in an employee organization, parental status, military service, medical condition or any protected category prohibited by local, state or federal laws.
