You will partner closely with the Business Acceleration and Engineering teams throughout the entirety of the customer lifecycle and be responsible for managing all data-related activities. The ideal candidate will have strong technical fluency - especially in data analysis, querying, and ETL.\nPlease include a cover letter with your application outlining your relevant experience and interest in this role, you can describe a project you’ve worked on that relates to one of the “What you bring” or “What you will do” points, and share how you’d expand on it here at ODAIA.\nWHAT YOU WILL DO\nWork directly with customers to discover, assess, and integrate their data assets into our platform\nCollaborate with customers, our support team, and other internal teams to define technical requirements and triage reported issues for each implementation\nConfigure and deploy platform solutions tailored to each customer, connecting seamlessly with their existing systems\nBuild and maintain automated ETL workflows, using tools like Snowflake and AWS Glue, to enable repeatable, high-quality data ingestion\nTroubleshoot issues across the data pipeline - from ingestion and transformation through orchestration and system configuration - leading resolution efforts\nOwn the weekly data delivery cycle for assigned customers, proactively resolving issues to keep deliveries on time and error-free\nIdentify recurring manual work in the implementation and delivery process - including manual trigger steps - and automate it to improve scalability\nUphold data security and privacy protocols in line with industry standards\nWHAT YOU BRING\n3+ years of experience with data migration, ETL, and pipeline tools\n3+ years of hands-on experience with Snowflake and AWS (e.g., Glue, S3), or equivalent cloud data infrastructure\nStrong proficiency in Python and SQL\nExperience with APIs and integration frameworks\nFamiliarity with orchestration tools (e.g., Dagster, Airflow) and config-driven/declarative pipeline systems (e.g., dbt) is a strong asset\nStrong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset, comfortable owning ambiguous technical problems directly with customers\nExcellent communication skills, able to translate between technical and non-technical stakeholders\nExperience in the life sciences/pharma industry, including familiarity with tools like Veeva Vault or Salesforce, is a strong asset\nWHAT WE OFFER\nValues-Based Culture\nWe Ignite Innovation, Own It, and Stand Together\nAI-Native EnvironmentAt ODAIA, we don't just deliver AI - we live it. Final compensation is determined through a comprehensive review of the successful candidate's unique skill set, specialized experience, certifications and other relevant considerations. As such, the final offer may vary based on these specific factors. Salary expectations will be discussed collaboratively early in the process to ensure alignment.
