Role\nYou will join a dynamic Finance team of 7 people in an environment driven by continuous growth and international development.\nReporting directly to the Senior Director, you will play a key role in ensuring accounting accuracy while actively contributing to key projects and transformation initiatives.\nIn this role, you will maintain accounting operations on NetSuite for 6 international entities and participate in group consolidation processes.\nWe are looking for someone with strong technical accounting expertise combined with an appetite for change, eager to drive or participate in major strategic projects within a scaling company.\nKey Responsibilities\nAccounting & Treasury Management:\n\nPost bank entries and perform daily/monthly bank reconciliations.\n\nManage vendor invoices via our digital processing tool, directing them through approval workflows.\n\nPrepare payment runs, perform accounts payable reconciliation, and manage vendor follow-ups/relations.\n\nPerform accounts receivable matching and reconciliation.\n\nPerform payroll accounting entry integration.\n\nApply analytical accounting principles across your perimeter.\n\nAsset Management, Tax & Group Reporting:\n\nPerform fixed asset accounting, tracking, and reconciliation.\n\nPrepare monthly closing operations (cut-off entries, accruals, VAT, exchange variance analysis, etc.).\n\nPrepare French tax declarations (DAS2, VAT, and other local taxes).\n\nManage US Sales Tax compliance\n\nContribute to monthly financial reporting and participate in the Group consolidation process.\n\nEnsure daily maintenance of accounting ledgers in compliance with company rules, accounting standards, quality, and deadlines.\n\nSupport annual statutory audit processes.\n\nProjects & Change Management:\n\nActively lead or participate in high-impact finance projects, process automation, and system enhancements.\n\nEmbrace and drive change to support the scaling of our international finance organization.\n\nRequired Qualifications\nExperience & Technical Skills:\n\nDegree in Accounting or Finance (e.g., DCG, DSCG, or equivalent).\n\n5+ years of experience in a similar accounting role within an international group or fast-paced environment.\n\nHands-on experience with NetSuite (familiarity with CSV imports, FAM module, Saved Searches, and multi-currency/multi-entity setups) is required.\n\nStrong technical accounting expertise (Local GAAP, closing operations, fixed assets, French taxes).\n\nSoft Skills & Mindset:\n\nAppetite for Change
