seamless deployment and operation.\n\nLead by example in writing clean, well-documented, and testable code.\n\nMentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.\n\nParticipate in code reviews to maintain code quality and ensure adherence to best practices.\n\nIdentify and implement opportunities for system optimization, refactoring, and technical debt reduction.\n\nStay current with emerging PHP/NodeJS trends and technologies, recommending and implementing relevant advancements.\n\nRequired qualifications\nMaster's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or other relevant field,\n\n7+ years of experience as a backend Developer in a professional environment, with a significant focus on a backend language (PHP, Go, NodeJS, Java).\n\nProven track record of successfully delivering complex projects and demonstrating measurable impact on product performance or stability.\n\nDeep expertise in non-framework development and object-oriented programming principles.\n\nAbility to use AI tools (Claude) on all phases of the development (analysis, implementation, tests, cross-functional automations).\n\nFamiliarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure), containerization (e.g., Docker) and Salesforce is a plus.\n\nExcellent problem-solving skills and the ability to debug complex issues efficiently.\n\nStrong communication
