We believe that we can make big changes happen and improve the daily lives of millions of people by bringing quality software to the federal space. \nWe're looking for a Platform Administrator to join our DHA EIDS team, keeping the enterprise data platforms that power military health analytics and data delivery running securely and reliably.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing:\nAdminister enterprise data platforms including Tableau Server, MOVEit, Linux, Windows Server, and related DHA tooling\nManage platform configurations, access controls, and environment governance across multiple environments\nSupport operational sustainment including patching, monitoring, logging, and system health validation\nCollaborate with data engineers, analysts, and delivery teams to troubleshoot platform issues impacting dashboards, integrations, and performance\nCoordinate platform provisioning, deployment, and configuration aligned with enterprise delivery standards\nMaintain technical documentation, runbooks, and operational procedures\nSupport security and compliance activities aligned with RMF and NIST frameworks\nWhat you’ll bring:\nExperience administering enterprise platforms or infrastructure in a federal, DoD, or DHA-aligned environment\nHands-on experience with platforms such as Tableau, MOVEit, Talend, Windows Server, or Linux\nFamiliarity with AWS GovCloud environments, primarily EC2 -based infrastructure\nUnderstanding of access management, environment governance, and operational sustainment in regulated environments\nExperience supporting RMF, NIST, or similar security and compliance frameworks\nThrives in a remote, collaborative Agile environment and genuinely enjoys working closely with cross-functional technical teams\nCommunicates clearly and openly, whether writing a runbook or troubleshooting with engineers\nPerforms other related duties as assigned.\nRequirements:\nApplicants must be authorized to work in the United States.
