We believe that we can make big changes happen and improve the daily lives of millions of people by bringing quality software to the federal space. \nWe're looking for a Power Platform Developer to join our CMS team, supporting a low-code modernization effort that helps federal programs run more efficiently.\nWhat you'll be doing:\nBuild and maintain solutions using Microsoft Power Platform including PowerApps and Power Automate\nWork across frontend and backend development as needed to support the broader product\nCollaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate ambiguous requirements into working solutions\nTroubleshoot complex issues independently and drive problems to resolution without hand-holding\nContribute to code reviews and engineering standards across the team\nWhat you’ll bring:\nStrong general engineering background - we care more about your fundamentals than a specific stack\nExperience with or willingness to learn Microsoft Power Platform and PowerApps\nComfortable working with data and backend systems\nSenior-level problem-solving instincts - self-driven, resourceful, and comfortable with ambiguity\nThrives in a remote, collaborative Agile environment and genuinely enjoys working closely with a cross-functional team\nCommunicates clearly and openly, whether working through a technical problem or aligning with stakeholders\nPerforms other related duties as assigned\nRequirements:\nApplicants must be authorized to work in the United States.
